The PLA-CNC-TZ Laminating Machine is a machine created to perfectly stretch the plastic film, with low and high adhesiveness, on the upper side of the sheet, guaranteeing the actual “ZERO” cut, avoiding plastic to be wasted since the cut coincides with the edge of the sheet. The interface with the machine, through the HMI TFT panel, is easy and user-friendly allowing the operator to set the parameters necessary for production and facilitating the format change of the sheets to be processed. The machine is supplied with a system of communication and remote assistance through VPN end-to-end and IoT (Internet of Things) system which guarantees data collection from PLC for Industry 4.0 applications.
